Leveraging a data network and machine learning, we built our proprietary Commercial Real Estate Knowledge Graph. By connecting the 54M commercial properties, 68M transactions, 5.2M companies, 30M+ people, and most recently, demographics data in the ~390 MSAs in the United States, Reonomy sheds light into the fragmented and cloudy CRE landscape.
With Reonomy’s web app experience and data solutions, investors, lenders, brokers, service providers, researchers, real estate enthusiasts, and everyone in between discover market trends, business opportunities, and the right decision makers.
Following Altus Group’s acquisition of Reonomy, this knowledge graph served as the fundamental data structure to build new-to-industry analytics solutions, including AI-powered predictive analytics on markets and portfolios.
